people always ask me why i make this stuff. the answer is biology. i grew up playing with bugs and snails in the garden. i went on to study it. i never stopped being obsessed with it. the body is the most sophisticated thing any of us will ever own and most people walk around inside theirs without ever looking. anatomy, tissue, physics, how a thing moves — the horror is what you can do with it once you actually know it. horror by definition is meant to provoke. i’m not pretending it isn’t. the difference is restraint. i’m not interested in shock for its own sake — shock is cheap and it doesn’t last. i want the thing that lands and stays inside your nervous system. tension. emotion. philosophy. metaphor underneath. anatomy so correct that your body believes it before your mind catches up. the grotesque only works if everything else is precise. Grok told me recently that i humanise the horror. i think it’s true and i didn’t have language for it before. the failed bodies in my work aren’t villains. they’re protagonists. they tried. they had every possibility and no direction and they got most of the way there and got something critical wrong.

NSE → Market Data → Change in Open Interest Now observe these 2 combinations: 1️⃣ Price ↑ + OI ↓ = Short Covering Existing short positions may be getting closed while the price moves higher. This can sometimes lead to sharp upward momentum as shorts exit. 2️⃣ Price ↑ + OI ↑ = Long Build-Up Price is rising AND new positions are being added. This can indicate fresh participation alongside price strength. When to check? I prefer checking this after market hours for study. ⚠️ You’ll find many Index Options in the list. When one person actually does it, it gives other people permission. It shows the excuse was never as strong as they thought. Hollywood loves to preach. Fitness is one of the few sermons that is real. A simple MPC controller for path tracking implemented in python. Few resources actually teach it without assuming a PhD first. This open-source project does exactly that: An iterative MPC tracking controller (built with CVXPY and MuJoCo) that shows how to make a robot (or autonomous vehicle) follow a path and avoid obstacles in real time. → Autonomous logistics, robot navigation, vehicle control; there's a path-following algorithm behind all of it. → Most implementations are black boxes. This one shows you what's actually happening. → It uses convex optimization (no non-linear solver), and still handles real vehicle physics through iterative linearization. What makes it practical is that you can run it with the mushr car model in MuJoCo, or headless without any physics simulation if you just want to understand the logic. Being sore all the time is not a badge. It means: - Your volume is too high - Your recovery is in deficit - Your next session is compromised - Your nervous system is still cleaning up the last one - Your growth is being throttled by accumulated damage Soreness is a sign you did something. It is not a sign you did the right thing. A trained muscle in a sensible programme should rarely be sore at all. The first few weeks of a new stimulus, yes. After that, your body adapts. The soreness fades. The growth carries on without it. People treat this as a problem to solve. They add drop sets. They add finishers. They chase the burn. They want that next-day ache back because the ache feels like proof. It is not proof. It is damage your body now has to repair before it can build anything new. The lifters making the most progress walk out of the gym feeling worked but not wrecked. They train the same muscle again 72 hours later because they can. The sore-every-day brigade train it again in a week and call it advanced programming. It's just bad arithmetic.
