Fair question. I can't speak for every vendor, but one clip doesn't represent everyone. Good hygiene should always be the standard, no matter where the food is made.

@ivShubham_INN The ice never touches the food. They fill that cylinder with ice and pack it down with salt for rapid cooling. We don't know if they cleaned the cylinder surface before pouring the goo. Otherwise, they used plastic gloves when handling edible ingredients. I've seen worse.

Not the most unique bıt one of the worst with hygiene and sickness. The roll was put on the street. He freezed all that liquids on contaminated roll. And like that is not enough, he scraps the metal roll with a metal tool to peel off the desert. Is that desert called dirty heavy metal?
