There are much worse things happening in the world than this. Should the child be in a seat yes, is it dangerous yes, has just about every parent done this at some point...yes.

Geeeez, no. That’s a very unsafe way of transporting a baby in a car. Imagine what happens to the baby even in a minor crash, she wouldn’t be able to hold it.

I haven’t seen anyone point out that the driver is filming this while trying to drive. It’s great.
