This was definitely the cars fault though Despite him driving reckless, they should have clearly seen him

This was totally the car's fault. That car started to get over, then didn't, then literally got over right in front of him. The person in the car clearly saw him. Attempted murder!

And like a typical motorcyclist, he's mad at everyone else and doesn't take responsibility for his own bad driving.
