Why are commenters saying this was the worst MotorStorm?

I don't see why this game catches hate (reading these posts). I love it. I love all of them actually!

This is where the franchise died tbh, it stopped being motorstorm and started being a cheap splitsecond knock off, was nowhere near as good as the first two.

This is a game that was cancelled for release in Japan. I'm shocked because I loved the series.

I liked apocalypse but the original Motorstorm and Pacific rift were peak

Man I miss Motorstorm😢, Pacific Rift is still the greatest of all, the split screen on that game was too good

This franchise could've been PlayStation's Forza Horizon.

Graphics didn’t look as realistic as in Pacific Rift, and the physics where rubbish. The ideas were different and interesting, but they ruined the franchise
