When you look at the taxes collected by each and every African country, aid they receive from different countries, you look at countries like Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi, DRC, even Ethiopia, Sudan, Tanzania, Nigeria, Rwanda, then we include Bangladesh, Pakistan and India that a burdening South Africa, what is a country like Moz and Zim doing with the aid?
