Well, the judge DOES have the power, so anyone who doesn’t respect the judges authority will suffer the consequences. The fact is, she should have THANKED the judge for giving her probation so she wouldn’t need to spend 6-months in jail. Why she didn’t THANK the judge for a payment plan… she must be an extremely stupid person.
