Moving back home?

It’s not regression. It’s a sensible plan to help keep you safe.

Not the same situation but I moved back home to help my mom out after her ALS diagnosis. Big transition and change of plans but I’m so glad I did it. Always happy to chat more about that side of the equation! Best of luck with whatever you decide :)

It is the best decision. Safety first and whom better to be with then the people that love you the most. You are not regressing you have just run into a life's obstacle and you are fortunate to have this option. Sending you 🩷💪

I have bad health issues right now and I’m with my parents. No shame in it. Ppl on the outside don’t matter. You gotta do what you gotta do.

Sensible isn't always sensational, the wisdom you are exhibiting is beyond your years.

I wish I had all the best advice to give you. I can’t imagine going what you are and still finding the food in things. Your parents do seem really cool so if you do move back in I think you’ll adjust and really enjoy their company 💜

I started living with my parents at 36 after getting ALs at thirty four. It’s the best decision I made.

First of all, you are so lucky to have both your parents and to even have this option! Sounds like moving back with them is probably the smart thing to do, and the safest.

Is your place 2 bedrooms? Could you have a roommate and they just kinda live their life but are there if you have to go to the bathroom. And then the rest of the time you have your caregiver. On the other hand, moving back is not that bad and might be for the best.

You got this, Brooke!
