Dude I've experienced the same thing here in the USA. I started my day as any other - just went about my morning and then left the house with my bag of stuff for the day. Then at the end of my day, my driver brought me to a different house and all of my stuff was just right. I miss being 7 years old and living with mom.

experienced moving companies from Korea, Japan, the UK, and the US, and it's not even close. Japanese service is in a league of it's own, above and beyond. Meanwhile I was extorted for an extra $6k by my American movers in WA. I will never trust American movers again.

Japan is a different society. They value respect and honor.

Best experience moving was in Japan.. then immediately regretted coming back to the states especially after the movers broke everything then had the gall to expect a tip.. service in the US is hot garbage

Meanwhile in the US you have cases where the truck never arrives with your stuff and when it does, items are missing or broken.
