Mr. Brightline: 🎶”All Aboard! The Death Train!”🎶

Ok but we all know this is not the fault of the Brightline but bad Miami drivers so these stats are kinda meaningless

People need to stop throwing themselves against trains.

not the train's fault!? WHY do people keep going on the tracks!!!??

The trains are: Very large Very loud Quite yellow Maybe don't blame the train?

It is tragic and I hate to see this, but I don’t see how we can blame Brightline. I’m assuming that in all of these instances people chose to cross the tracks while there were flashing stop signs and a gate in the way. Am I wrong? Is the warning system not working right?

Darwinism at its best!

I fixed it for you: "Tragic Accident: Pedestrian's Fatal Error Leads to Collision with Oncoming Train"

It keeps happening over and over so clearly it was a mistake to choose such a heavily populated route for a non elevated track system. Not to mention all the backup caused while cars have to wait for the nearly empty to train to fly by during rush hour.

While it is tragic I can’t put blame on Brightline. They put up signs everywhere, there are traffic lights, train signals, gates, and in some areas fences. People ignore the signals, drive under / around the gates. Pedestrians trespass onto the tracks.

@RexChapman "Wonder what those flashing red lights mean? Eh probably nothing."
