Marc Andreessen on handling a crisis: โ€œThere are no silver bullets, only lead bulletsโ€ Marc reflects on his partner Ben Horowitzโ€™s essay โ€œLead Bulletsโ€: โ€œThereโ€™s this temptation - especially when you get into crisis - to think there must be a magic answer or some stroke of genius [similar to Sherlock Holmes]โ€ฆ. Thereโ€™s this really strong tendency to think that thatโ€™s out there. And we see a lot of entrepreneurs cycle through different silver bullets that donโ€™t work. Benโ€™s point is the answer is probably in firing a whole bunch of lead bullets.โ€ Marc explains: โ€œThe answer is probably the engineers working later at night for six months and getting the next version of the product out. And the answer is probably for the sales reps to go call on twice as many customers and try to close more dealsโ€ฆ Iโ€™ve certainly come around to that point of view a lot.โ€ In other words, there rarely a silver bullet that solves all your problems. So donโ€™t waste a lot of time looking for one. Instead, identify the few key drivers of success for your business and do them extremely well. Hereโ€™s a brief excerpt from Benโ€™s essay: โ€œThere may be nothing scarier in business than facing an existential threat. So scary that many in the organization will do anything to avoid it. They will look for any alternative, any way out, any excuse not to live or die in a single battleโ€ฆ There comes a time in every companyโ€™s life where it must fight for its life. If you find yourself running when you should be fighting, you need to ask yourself: โ€˜If our company isnโ€™t good enough to win, then do we need to exist at all?โ€™โ€ Video source: Stanford Graduate School of Business (2014)

Chris Finch was asked about why Josh Minott has been removed from the rotation in recent games, and he said, โ€œHis activity offensively has been great. Weโ€™ve got to get him back in the rotation. But his defense has just been trending the wrong way, particularly game plan personnel mistakes and fouling. Those are inexcusable ones.โ€ The last game Minott played in was against New York. I asked Finch before that New York game (video below) if Minott was going to be part of the solution for replacing DiVincenzoโ€™s minutes, and he said Minott would be in the rotation โ€œfor sureโ€. So that leads me to believe these game plan personnel mistakes happened in that New York game. This play happened during his final minutes of that game โ€” he does clearly lose track of Bridges (though, I will say, it did look like Bridges was checked out from the possession with his hands in his hips โ€” nice bluff if it was). I didnโ€™t see anything else egregious in the Wolvesโ€™ defensive possessions when Minott was out there during that final stint. Though I did notice Minott was pulled abruptly a few minutes after this possession โ€” and exactly one possession after Rob Dillingham checked in. So my working theory here is basically that Finch doesnโ€™t want to play Minott and Dillingham at the same time. I go back to the clip below from before the Knicks game, where Finch said Dillingham was going to get an opportunity and that Minott was going to be in the rotation for sure. My guess would be that Finch liked what he saw from Dillingham in that opportunity against New York, and then going forward made a decision, perhaps with some clarity on DDVโ€™s injury, to lean into Dillingham the next few games (18 minutes against CLE, 18 against MEM) at the expense of Minottโ€™s playing time โ€” because it was hard for him to play them both but not at the same time.

How will we know if an AI take over is imminent? What are the warning signs? Connor Leahy: โ€œThings will seem mostly normal, justโ€ฆ weird. Things will get weirderโ€ฆand weirderโ€ฆ and then one day, we will just not be in control anymore. โ€œThere won't be a fight. There won't be a war. It won't be dramatic. It will just be that one day the machines are in control, and not us.โ€ โ€œThe way I expect [AI take over] to feel is like, if you play chess against a grandmaster, it doesnโ€™t feel like you're having a heroic battle against the Terminatorโ€ฆ. it doesnโ€™t feel like you're having this incredible back and forth, and then you lose... No, it feels more like you THINK you're playing well, you think everything is okay, and then suddenlyโ€ฆ you loseโ€ฆ in one move, and you don't know why. This is what it feels like to play chess against a grandmaster, and this is what it's going to feel like for humanity to play against AGI. It wonโ€™t be some dramatic battle where the Terminators rise up and try to destroy humanity. No, it will beโ€ฆ things get more and more confusing. [Editor's note: Like Sam Altman, out of nowhere, raising up to 10% of world GDP?] More and more jobs get automated faster and faster... More and more technology gets built, which no one even quite knows how the technology works... There will be mass media movements that don't really make any sense... Like, do we really know the truth of what's going on in the world right now, even now with social media? Do you or I really know what's going on? How much of this is fake? How much of it is generated with AI or other methods? We don't know. And this will get much worse.โ€ Imagine if you have extremely intelligent systems, much smarter than humans, that can generate any image, any video, anything, trying to manipulate you well...and being able to develop new technologies to interfere with politics.โ€

An Insane โ€œConspiracy Theoryโ€ The homes that BlackRock has been purchasing (a HUGE amount in New York) being setup to house illegal migrants ๐Ÿšจ Each home will average bringing in $15,000 per month to house illegals - New York just declared that they're gonna pay homeowners there a $125 a day to house a migrant. - $125 a day per migrant, per bedroom - And at $3,750 per migrant, that means that property would now be bringing in $15,000 a month โ€œY'all wanna come with me down another rabbit hole of how the US government is using private industry to f*** over the American people? This is gonna be a quick video, but I wanted to put it out because I wanna hear what people think. The basic gist is that the United States government is using BlackRock to permanently house all the illegal immigrants they've been letting in. So you know how companies like BlackRock have been buying up large amounts of the single family real estate, and a shitload of the properties that they bought are in the state of New York. And New York just declared that they're gonna pay homeowners there a $125 a day to house a migrant. $125 a day per migrant, per bedroom. That means the taxpayers of New York are gonna be paying $3,750 per migrant per month. Now think about all those houses that BlackRock bought. Let's say they got a 4 bedroom. That means they can house 4 migrants. And at $3,750 per migrant, that means that property would now be bringing in $15,000 a month. And if any of those migrants have a family, that's additional money on top. And BlackRock doesn't have to worry because the money's guaranteed by the government in New York. I mean, you have to think so far in Biden's presidency, anywhere from 12 to 15,000,000 illegals have crossed over. And then because of all the incentive programs that New York created, you enter this country illegally, you'd have to be stupid not to go to New York. You're gonna get paid. You're gonna get fed. You're gonna get housed all for the price of either a bus trip up there or maybe you can catch one of those flights that Biden's been sending under everyone's radar. But regardless, you're gonna go to New York where BlackRock owns thousands of homes. And I'd be willing to bet a lot of those homes are about to have an illegal immigrant as a tenant, and they're gonna make sure they get at least 1 in every bedroom. And I would expect that this continues at least until the census.โ€ - the older millennial

Breaking: Independent MP for North West Leicestershire Andrew Bridgen joins us tonight on HIN for one of his most revealing interviews to date. On the eve of his House of Commons debate on 'CV19 Pandemic Response & Trends In Excess Deaths' Andrew Bridgen goes in harder than ever on this globalist #traitorclass. At 5pm tomorrow in Parliament Square London, Andrew Bridgen will lead a rally against this crime committed on humanity. If you can make it, be there and be part of history. "This will be the biggest medical scandal in world history, with 10-20 MILLION deaths so far". Mr Bridgen has still not had a reply from Sir Mark Rowley Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police in relation to his findings on CV19 related deaths. His request for a three hour meeting where experts and whistle blowers will lay out the evidence of criminal activity has fallen on deaf ears and blind eyes. This seems to be a coverup on an epic scale. Andrew reveals his worst fears that Iraq War criminal Tony Blair is set to replace Klaus Schwab as the high priest of the #WEF. Blair has lusted after such a role in world governance for decades, now is his chance. We look at the Draconian diktats outlined in the WHO Pandemic Treaty, which threaten to destroy national sovereignty in favour of the style of technocratic rule the world witnessed during the CV Era. Andrew outlines the possibility that US President Joe Biden could derail the upcoming November election in America, by going a declaration of war on Russia and Iran. Heartfelt thanks to the Honourable Mr Andrew Bridgen MP from HIN. Please support him for his heroic efforts in exposing a global tyranny that we must defeat together. GOD bless him. #GlobalResistance #Moderna #Pfizer #Billgates #Sunak #WEF #WEF2030Agenda #UK #USA #midazolam #MattHancock #Corruption #Treason

In 1871 a man sat at a desk and wrote fifteen letters. โšฝ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Nobody knew what those letters would become. His name was Charles Alcock. Secretary of the Football Association. Former pupil at Harrow School. He remembered something from his schooldays. A knockout competition between houses. Every team plays. The losers go home. One winner. He thought: what if we did that. But for the whole country. So he wrote fifteen letters. The clubs that wrote back: Barnes. Civil Service. Clapham Rovers. Crystal Palace. Donington School. Hampstead Heathens. Harrow Chequers. Hitchin. Maidenhead. Marlow. Queen's Park of Glasgow. Royal Engineers. Upton Park. Wanderers. Fifteen clubs. Out of fifty who were eligible. Most of them thought it was a nice idea. Some of them didn't bother replying at all. Three withdrew before they even played a match. Twelve clubs actually competed. Thirteen games in total. The whole thing played out across a few months in the winter and spring of 1871 to 1872. The final was held on 16 March 1872 at the Kennington Oval. A cricket ground. There were no stands. Two thousand people stood around a rope in the cold March afternoon light to watch. The Royal Engineers were overwhelming favourites. Physically imposing. Tactically advanced. 7-4 on to win. Ten minutes in... One of their players broke his collarbone. No substitutes existed. They played on with ten men. Wanderers scored. One nil. Final score. The man who invented the competition played in it. He captained the winning team. He lifted the cup he had created. Charles Alcock. The only man in history to invent a competition, play in its first final, and win it. ๐Ÿ† That competition still runs today. One hundred and fifty five years later. The semi-final draw was made just days ago... Manchester City vs Southampton. Chelsea vs Leeds. The oldest national football competition on earth. And every football cup competition that followed, every domestic cup in every country, follows the same format. The knockout bracket. Every team plays. The losers go home. One winner. Britain invented that. In fifteen letters. From one desk. In 1871. ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Every story on this channel is available in full at If you want to help us keep these stories alive: Be Part Of Us.
