@tostoneside This makes it worse, to me, because it feels like her drag is performative. I get the whole it made her feel confident thing, but her being raised conservative and being gay and a “drag queen” kind of means she should be a bit more versed on the things that plague her community.

i think a lot of the issue is yall are coming at her looking for a reason to hate, and that a lot of you either resent or don't care about her advocating and raising money for trans rights and palestine. i agree what she's trying to get across is poorly worded, but many of y'all don't hold politicians or any other musicians to the same standards. chappell is very politically vocal, she's just saying she doesn't have all the answers, people shouldn't look to celebrities for political guidance, and her straight peers don't get the same questions in interviews. her hate campaign was started by zionists and y'all are following in their footsteps if you want to continue to label her as not caring about politics

@tostoneside I don’t really see an issue with what she’s saying. She’s still a young woman, and as a queer person who grew up in a very conservative family idk, what she’s saying makes sense to me🤷‍♀️
