California Vehicle Code 23123.5 strictly prohibits drivers from physically handling their phones while driving.🚨 🚫 No Holding Allowed It is now illegal to hold a phone while driving, whether or not it’s in use. Soundview, Bronx Police are asking for the public’s help identifying three men wanted in connection with a robbery pattern targeting cellphone stores in The Bronx. One of the robberies happened at a Total Wireless store on Westchester Avenue. Three unidentified men approached 44-year-old employee, forced him to the ground and threatened him as they demanded money and phones. Surveillance video shows the moments the suspects went through the victim’s pockets, dragged him into a bathroom and punched him multiple times in the face. They are also caught on camera forcing open the register and taking cash while continuing to search the store for phones. Police believe the suspects are also responsible for another robbery in West Farms. Via News12BX
