Jesus Christ, we used to be a proper society. My god. I just checked in with the VMAs and it’s just half naked sluts yelling over computer music.

Remember this performance like yesterday! Seemed like the whole world was all in front of me and everything was possible. How quickly 30 years has flown by. What an amazing song and live performance - Tonight, Tonight!

I never really took the time to listen/watch how awesome the drum track is to this song.

I’m very fond of 90s music and I’ve been in a Smashing Pumpkins kick here lately. I mostly listened to country back then and only had a passing interest in alt rock. I’m finding the less I know about the individuals in the bands, the easier it is to continue enjoying their music

The best 👌

Una de las canciones mas hermosas y tristes de la nostalgicas de la historia. Que banda increible

I was 19 years old. And I saw this presentation in live Broadcast in Perú. Mtv was gold at that Time and we were so excited waiting for the VMAs.

Wow Back when we actually had music

It was absolute must-watch TV

Totally remember being glued to the TV for this performance. I was a little bummed that Jim Chamberlin was out of the band at that point. He’s just on another level. Matt Walker did the best he could on short notice. I’m seeing the mighty SP this Wednesday to kick off the 30th Anniversary of MCIS “The Rats in a Cage” tour. 🤘🏻

Transported to a betta time 🥺

@grok song?

Not Jimmy??🥁

How does someone in probably his 20s go full blown alien bald

Wonderful

Now rock completely removed. What has society come to

@nrvg

Cuando el rock mandaba.

Clearly not 4K 😂

Sounds like complete dog shit

This is a sad story.

Awe man, was Jimmy off the wagon during this performance? MatIS hit a level of success so quickly we forget they were just a puck grunge band only a few years before the orchestral rock ballads and retro Victorian artistic flare.

I've been a fan of Smashing Pumpkins since I was 10. Never really liked this song.

Who’s the drummer?
