MTV played in Britney Spears’ face when she received the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award 💀 They didn’t allow her to perform, but instead gave her a rushed tribute… The only good thing about this is Lady Gaga presenting her the award.

It’s funny because he was upset Rihanna said this. But I don’t even know how he can be upset about what she said because if she is receiving the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award why are you talking about being in love with her?

🏆 RAYE accepted the Ivor Novello Award for Songwriter of the Year with her grandad Michael. She dedicated her award to him - a songwriter who in the past was cheated and had a song stolen from him. Declaring her award a win for her and her grandad, she dedicated it to all the songwriters who were always good enough and just needed a break that didn’t quite happen. #TheIvors #IvorNovelloAwards #Raye

well britney wasn’t in on it. she was just there to present his cake, but the people at mtv really played him because they advertised for weeks it was an award and it turned out to be just a cake with a decoration that michael mistook as an award. this was all mtv’s doing. 😭
