By: Yusuf al-Qardawi; (1926 – 2022) From amongst these auspices is the hadith that Imam Ahmad reported in his Musnad on the authority of Abu Qabîl, who said, “We were with ‘Abdullâh bin ‘Amr bin Al-‘Âs (may Allah be pleased with him) when he was asked, ‘Which of the two cities is to conquered first, Constantinople or Rome?’ Upon which ‘Abdullâh called for a sealed trunk, and he got a book out of it, and then he said: Whilst we were around the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) writing down, The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was asked, ‘Which of the two cities is to be conquered first, Constantinople or Rome? And he (the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace) answered, ‘The city of Heraclius will be conquered first!’” Rome is the metropolis of Italy today, and Constantinople is now Istanbul. What can be grasped from the posed question is that the companions (may Allah be pleased with them all) knew beforehand that Islam would conquer the two cities, and their people would embrace Islam, but they just wanted to know which of the two cities would precede the other, thus he (the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace) answered them by saying that the city of Heraclius – that is Constantinople – would be conquered first. That prophecy was fulfilled at the hands of the ambitious Ottoman youth, Muhammad bin Murâd, aged twenty-three, who was known through history by Muhammad the Conqueror. Thus, Constantinople was conquered in the ninth century A.H. [fifteenth century A.D.], precisely on Tuesday 20th of Jumada I 857 A.H. (29 May –1453 A.D.). Thus, remains the second part of the glad tidings to be fulfilled: the conquest of Rome, through which Islam will enter Europe once again after it was forced out of it twice: once from Andalusia and the other from the Balkan states. Most probably this conquest will be through the power of word and pen, not through swords and spears, for the world will open its arms and heart to Islam, after being overburdened by the philosophies (ideologies) of materialism and positivism, and will appeal for assistance from heavens, and guidance from Allah, thus it will find none but Islam a rescuer. The peaceful conquest (victory) has its origins in Islam, for Allah, The Most Exalted, has called the Hudaibiyah Peace Treaty a conquest, even a ‘manifest victory’, and on that occasion Surat Al-Fath was revealed in which Allah, all praise be to Him, says: The noble Qur’anic verse says what means: “Verily, We have given you (O Muhammad) a manifest victory.” (Al-Fath, 48: 1) Thereupon, the Companions asked the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saying, ‘Is it a conquest (victory), O Messenger of Allah?’ And he (the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace) answered, ‘Yes, it is a conquest (victory).’

Imagine this, you call in sick to work — nothing crazy, just genuinely feeling awful. 🤒 But, your boss doesn’t believe you for a second, so he hops in his car, drives straight to your house, and starts banging on the door like it’s an emergency. And the wildest part, he doesn’t think this is wrong at all. Later you bring it up in the office and call him out: the way he talks to the whole staff (especially the J-1 visa workers) like they’re slaves, no empathy, zero respect. The meeting goes nuclear. On June 8, 2016, two terrorists from Hebron arrived at the Sarona complex in Tel Aviv. The terrorists entered the "Max Brenner" restaurant dressed in suits and ties to appear "normative," and sat down to eat. At 9:26 p.m., the two men stood up and opened fire with automatic weapons. One terrorist was unable to operate his jammed weapon. Both fled, but not before smashing the head of one of the wounded with the malfunctioning weapon. An IDF officer sitting at a table next to the terrorists managed to interrupt the shooting of one of the terrorists, thus giving time for others to flee. The officer was shot three times in the stomach. The terrorists confirmed the killing of some of the victims by shooting them in the head. As a result of the shooting, four people were murdered – Ido Ben-Ari, Michael Feiga, Ilana Neba and Mila Mishiev, and six were injured. One of the victims, Ilana Neba, died as a result of cardiac arrest during the incident. The terrorists fled towards Ha'arba'a Street, while continuing to shoot. At 9:30 PM, four minutes after the incident began, one of the terrorists was shot and neutralized nearby by one of the compound security guards who was chasing him. As a result of the shooting, he was moderately injured. The second terrorist was given shelter in an apartment near the scene by the apartment owner, a police officer, who thought he was a frightened citizen. The police officer left the terrorist with his family and joined the pursuit of the terrorists, only to notice that the neutralized terrorist was dressed identically to the person he had let into his house, and realizing that he had left his wife, mother, and her partner at home with a murderer, he hurried back to the apartment, where he overpowered the terrorist and arrested him. Bags containing knives dipped in rat poison were later found at the scene of the attack. The investigation revealed that their original plan was to open fire inside the train and commit mass murder. A third terrorist was also discovered, whom they had prevented from joining the attack due to financial debts, which according to Muslim belief prevent him from becoming a martyr. The three terrorists — Khaled and Mohammad Mahmara and accomplice Ayash Musa Zayn — were convicted and sentenced in 2017 to multiple life sentences for the attack. They came into court with big smiles on their faces.

Australians please note - you may not think this impacts you - but it does. It impacts all of us. Our basic civil rights are under attack. The police & fire ant personnel raided this man’s property at Bonogin. And when he tried to stop them, their force on how they assaulted him made him cut his hand where he needed stitches. My understanding is there were no fire ants on this property. Which he conveyed. But they entered anyway wearing masks and sprayed around toxic chemicals. There has been much discussion on how these chemicals are adversely impacting the natural environment. Step by step. Inch by inch. They are taking away our civil rights. Make no mistake - like everything the government touches - the “fire ant industry” has emerged to be just that. An industry which serves to feed those getting fat on tax payer dollars. Sound familiar? Wake up Australia and don’t be afraid to stand up for your rights.

Quran 33.50 "O Prophet) Muhammad) !Verily, We have made lawful to you your wives, to whom you have paid their Mahr (bridal-money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage), and those (slaves) whom your right hand possesses - whom Allâh has given to you, and the daughters of your ‘Amm (paternal uncles) and the daughters of your ‘Ammât (paternal aunts) and the daughters of your Khâl (maternal uncles) and the daughters of your Khâlât( maternal aunts) who migrated (from Makkah) with you, and a believing woman if she offers herself to the Prophet, and the Prophet wishes to marry her - a privilege for you only, not for the (rest of) the believers. Indeed We know what We have enjoined upon them about their wives and those (slaves) whom their right hands possess, in order that there should be no difficulty on you. And Allâh is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." Commentaries for 33.50 - Ibn Al Kathir: (those (slaves) whom your right hand possesses whom Allah has given to you,) means, `the slave-girls whom you took from the war booty are also permitted to you. Sahih Muslim 1602: "...Allah's Apostle said: Sell him to me. And he bought him for two black slaves..." Sunan an-Nasa'i 3959 – Sahih: It was narrated from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah had a female slave with whom he had intercourse, but 'Aishah and Hafsah would not leave him alone until he said that she was forbidden for him. Then Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, revealed: "O Prophet! Why do you forbid (for yourself) that which Allah has allowed to you.' until the end of the Verse. Muhammad was slave owner. Muhammad had slaves and he traded them, and he had female as sex slaves, and he allowed the rape of female prisoners of war. For example: Sahih Bukhari 6909, 6202, 5210, 4913, 2695, 2415. Sunan Abi Dawud, 3358, Sahih. The History of al-Tabari vol. 39 p. 193. Sahih al-Bukhari 5210: Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri: We got female captives in the war booty and we used to do coitus interruptus with them. So we asked Allah's Messenger(ﷺ) about it and he said, "Do you really do that?" repeating the question thrice, "There is no soul that is destined to exist but will come into existence, till the Day of Resurrection." Quran 2.223: "Your wives are as fields for you. You may enter your fields from any place you want. Reserve something good for your souls. Have fear of God and know that you are going to meet Him. The funeral of my cousin, Khalil Jamil Al-Masri, was one of the largest funerals witnessed in Gaza. He left behind a beautiful legacy and immense love in the hearts of those who knew him. I saw with my own eyes how everyone cried for him—not because he was simply well known, but because he was a kind and good-hearted person loved by everyone who met him. He was killed in cold blood. A sniper's bullet struck him while he was sitting and posing no threat to anyone. Here in Gaza, gunfire is often directed toward civilians, and these bullets become new tragedies for our families, taking from us the people we love most. I still cannot comprehend that I was speaking with him only a few days ago, and today all that remains are memories and prayers. May God have mercy on you, Khalil, and may the love you planted in the hearts of others be a light that accompanies you forever. 🤍
