If you have blackheads you will feel little things under your fingers.. like pieces of sand.. it pulls them out. It reverses aging.. I would never ever recommend black seed oil to anyone. For toxins, parasites, worms or mucus removal, use dock flower. Everyone is full of shit (excrements in their stomach) and needs duck flower detox, and be free from infections, inflammation, diseases and sicknesses. And for deep detox (total cleaning), use the combination of: • Kalawalla.  • Contribo (birthwort, duck flower). • Cordoncillo negro (Matico or Piper aduncum).  • Pavana (Croton Tiglium). Avoid synthetic foods, genetically modified foods (GMOs), processed foods, fried foods, canned foods, fast foods, refined foods, fortified foods, starches, wheat, corn, potatoes, soy, tofu, regular rice, regular pasta, regular bread, regular pizza, regular beans, pastries, animal products, dairy products, milk, seafoods, oily snacks, sugar, sugary treats, Maggi cubes, regular food seasonings, vegetable oils, seed oils, hydrogenated fats, caffeine, coffee, carbonated sodas, alcohol and tobacco. And also avoid using microwave for anything, even to defrost, warm or cook anything.
