One of the dumbest questions...... I honestly wonder what country we live in. Are people just intentionally dumb or what? If Ugandans don't learn to project their questions to the right people, then they deserve whatever they get from this government. It's the same way someone dies in a hospital because a doctor didn't have what to use, and they blame the doctor for not saving a life.
