It's mostly a tongue-in-cheek stereotype. Android dominates in emerging markets where many people skipped PCs entirely and went mobile-first. In the US and Europe, though, tons of Android users still pair their phones with Windows, Linux, or Macs every day. The gap still matters for them.

Well... ok, but what if I want send to one target not to broadcast that's not secure idea to send to all ...

If your machines can ssh to each other without a password they should be considered secure already.

even ssh might compromised, but the key problem is that this is broadcast ... I don't find it useful to send clipboard to every configured machine but when I can decide which machines to send then it is useful for me
