MultiPlane Camera developed by Walt Disney, 1957

Sometimes we take for granted some stuff and we think everything is already invented, Walt Disney was a visionary in many ways

somewhat the new zoom in / out inpainting/ outpainting feels like this but infinite

This effect in app development is now called #parallax

When Disney was actually good

I always thought they did this using a computer, then I kept remembering that they didnt have common computers in the dawn of computers

Mennnnn🐧

True innovation

@stevezaragoza

Walt Disney was truly an inspiring man. Never let the opinions from another tribe detract from that.

Crazy ahead of his time already!

So it’s Disney movies from the 50’s I need to binge

Is there any way to recreate this? I have great interest in reviving cel animation.
