Multiple deaths have been reported after an American Airlines regional passenger jet and a US Army Black Hawk helicopter crashed into the Potomac River after a midair collision near Reagan Washington National Airport

Honestly... how? The regulations on air space are built to prevent this. An army chopper pilot would have the skills and equipment to avoid the collision and they would know better than to enter a public airport's space. Tell us what really happened.
