🚨This is very disturbing. ICE agents were filmed assaulting MULTIPLE children, who are U.S. citizens, in Edinburg, TX. In the video, agents are standing around a group of children. One agent shoves a girl out of the way… then punches a 16-year-old in the face. A child. And then it gets worse… A few minutes later, you can see agents escorting a man from his house… and you can hear people yelling: “Where is the warrant?” Because this isn’t complicated… under the Fourth Amendment, you don’t get to enter someone’s home and take them without a warrant. A home is where your rights are strongest. And instead of showing a warrant… they continue to kidnap the man. Meanwhile, ANOTHER minor, already hit by an agent, has blood dripping from his nose… throws his arms around the man being kidnapped… while repeating: You need a warrant! A kid… bleeding… having to remind grown federal agents what the Constitution says. And then it gets even worse. The video then shows an agent going after a 14-year-old girl… claiming she assaulted him… After he was just caught on video assaulting multiple minors. He shoves her head down… yanks her by the arm… then grabs her by the hair. As they’re telling him… over and over… “She’s 14. She’s a minor.” He doesn’t stop, or de-escalate. He keeps going… until another agent steps in and handcuffs her. Fully grown men are seen… Shoving children. Punching children. Dragged, restrained, and pulling children by the hair… And claiming the CHILDREN are the threats. But, in reality… this is excessive force against minors. This is due process being ignored in real time. This is what it looks like when people with authority decide the Constitution is more of a suggestion than a limit. And before anyone jumps in with the usual… “we don’t know the full story” No. There is no version of this where punching a child in the face is standard procedure. There is no version where you enter a home, don’t show a warrant, and start pulling people out. There is no version where putting hands on a 14-year-old like that is justified. The video then shows an agent going after a 14-year-old girl… claiming she assaulted him… After he was just caught on video assaulting multiple minors. He shoves her head down… yanks her by the arm… then grabs her by the hair. As they’re telling him… over and over… “She’s 14. She’s a minor.” He doesn’t stop, or de-escalate. He keeps going… until another agent steps in and handcuffs her. Fully grown men are seen… Shoving children. Punching children. Dragged, restrained, and pulling children by the hair… And claiming the CHILDREN are the threats. But, in reality… this is excessive force against minors. This is due process being ignored in real time. This is what it looks like when people with authority decide the Constitution is more of a suggestion than a limit. And before anyone jumps in with the usual… “we don’t know the full story” No. There is no version of this where punching a child in the face is standard procedure. Mount Pleasant Tennessee #BeforeTheBlast 💥 || ‘Wait for It’ This is the last case we can take for awhile; because honestly we are spread a little too thin right now — but we just got the first video of one of these wall-shaking blasts that have been going on at Mount Pleasant for months now; multiple times per day. Ashley Posey and I took the pics at a home that is less than 1,000 feet from the blast site; and it seems reasonable to ask, is this just to clear a pad to build houses? I’m not sure I fully grasped how serious the blasts were until watching this video that was sent to us earlier tonight; watch til the end to get a real time, natural reaction that makes a pretty compelling case that this is not something that should have occurred multiple times per day now for months. 🚨THREE days before executing Alex Pretti, the SAME agents almost killed another U.S. citizen…🚨 While illegally detaining unaccompanied minors, using excessive force, causing multiple car accidents, and assaulting multiple U.S. citizens… all in one video. Not interfering, or moving. Just filming. Suddenly, agents swarm them and tackle them to the ground. Multiple men put their full body weight on the person’s back. One agent hits them in the face, and then pushes his knee into their face, while another pulls the person’s hair… All while the person lays motionless. Their nose starts bleeding into the snow. They’re struggling to talk, let alone breathe. All while they are not resisting. When the agents finally lift them up, blood is running down their face. And the agent’s rampage continues. Agents are then seen smashing a car window and try to grab the driver while the car is not in park, nearly running over another agent in the process. Multiple people are now on the ground. One man has been pepper sprayed, his glasses knocked off. A woman walks up. Without warning, an agent pepper sprays her directly in the eyes, blinding her, while they yell at her to move. Another ill-fated take-off over V1 (in this case, V2!) June 13 1996: Garuda Indonesia Flight 865, a DC-10, crashes in Fukuoka (Japan) 3 of 275 aboard die. On take-off, the jet had just left the ground when one of the engines failed. Crew opted to reject the maneuver; the aircraft was unable to stop safely and left the runway: landing gear collapsed, and the airplane caught fire. Inquiry noted pilot actions by aborting takeoff above V1, where SOP dictated pilots should have continued takeoff and deal with the engine later. At 12:07:45, the flight engineer called "Engine failure number one." Takeoff was aborted at about the V2 speed, and the airplane contacted the runway one second later at a vertical acceleration force of 2.1 Gs. The thrust reversers were deployed and ground spoilers were extended. The DC-10 skidded off the runway through a ditch, fence and a road, before coming to a halt 620 m past the runway threshold. Investigation revealed that the turbine blade that failed, had operated for 30913 hours and 6182 cycles. General Electric had advised customers to discard blades after about 6000 cycles. Accident cause Although the Aircraft was well in excess of V1 and the aircraft had already lifted off from the runway, the takeoff was aborted.
