INEC Officers in ughelli allegedly called policemen to arrest some youths because they stopped them from driving home. Witness says the boys complained of being neglected at the inec office since for hours, when they could have been attended to, but the INEC officials attempted to leave before the close of office. The youths resisted them asking why they were not attended to. The officials, resulted to calling the police who manhandled the boys and took them off while others watched helplessly.
