Milford Michigan City Council votes UNANIMOUSLY to CANCEL one contract for 5 cameras. Vote on second contract for 10 more cameras up for renewal later this year (expected vote in August). A city council members stated: 'Flock Safety told the city they would delete data after 30 days. They walked that back and now claim a perpetual license to citizen data (even after the contract cancellation).' 'Flock also removed a line from their terms and conditions that stated 'they do not own and cannot sell citizen information'. That line is now gone.'

He cites that they are unconstitutional, talks about the number of Flock cameras errors and says it is a mass surveillance system. He also asks what would Fauci have done during the lockdowns with Flock cameras? Flock cameras are an upgrade to the governments "lockdown system" and the they will try to use them again for lockdown 2.0. I think Glenn makes a misstep when he says the cameras must be used constitutionally. There is no way to use them constitutionally - they record without a warrant by default. The only way these tools can conform to the constitution is to remove them and not use them. Lastly, FOX repeats the lie that Flock cameras data is deleted in 30 days. Flock contractually obligates clients keep cameras live and recording and has even turned them back on in municipalities that have tried to shut them down.
