Rapid growth my ass. The only rapid growth thats happening in Mumbai is owercrowding of the already overburdened public transport network especially the local network. Why doesnt he take a ride on the mumbai locals and live the experience for himself. Such pathetic politicians are the reason we people are still stuggling in our daily lives.
