Initially I thought it was the dust from the construction work two buildings away. Slowly the haze was all over the place. Govt needs to take precautions and ensure the air is breathable. I hope we don't get taxed for air.

This reckless behavior shows zero civic sense and complete disregard for public health. Actions like these make life harder for everyone and highlight how ignorance and irresponsibility continue to worsen our already polluted environment.

Some of this dust may contain particles from the exposed lakebed, which has raised air quality concerns in recent years. It’s impossible to know exactly what’s in the dust without testing, but visibility could drop quickly, and air quality may temporarily worsen. If you’re out driving, be prepared for sudden reductions in visibility. If you have asthma or other respiratory conditions, it may be a good idea to limit time outdoors until the dust settles.
