Its not because 9mm is more dangerous than AK. Its because 9mm is easy to conceal and handle while committing a crime. 9mm shoots sub sonic . Ak shoots faster and with non nato standard ammo it’s orders of magnitude more dangerous. Recoil handling, distance of accuracy etc.
