You can put in Utah’s Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) all you want but you wont get video that is potential evidence until after the trial, (unless its leaked, or part of the exhibits already used in the preliminary hearing) Exemptions and Limitations on Public Records in Utah (2026)
