I’ve done that when the adenoma is very hard, but in the end it’s a little bit tricky.

But it’s very tedious as the tissue is not supported well. Can be used in emergency situations if morcellator is not working

You can leave adenome on a bigger stalk if necessary. Not advocating this method but enucleation.
