It’s all about volume and your partners being good with it. You shouldn’t be able to hear the music unless you are near the cart. You shouldn’t be affecting anyone else’s enjoyment.

No. Ear buds only. Your right to music ends at my right to silence. You have an option to hear what you want without troding on the rights of others to NOT hear it.

Hard no. For me, golf is a refuge. Too much noise in life. Let me enjoy nature. If you want music on the course, great: Get an earbud. You can listen while I enjoy the quiet; a win/win. Once you turn on your music? A win/lose. And a selfish one when a win/win is possible.
