@MaxBlumenthal @samhusseini One of the journalists in this video, Sam Husseini (@samhusseini), provides some additional notes & context in this thread:

Journalists Grill State Dept Over Israeli “War Crimes” and “Genocidal Rhetoric” Now up on Rumble as well:

UPDATE: Sam Husseini (@samhusseini) has been suspended. He's filing an appeal, and is tentatively thinking it may have been automated (AI/bot). For now, please follow his backup account: @SamHusseini22. Here's how to find him on other platforms as well:

@SMArikat @MaxBlumenthal @samhusseini They are willing to starve the Palestinians. That's is what he won't say out loud. It is the rest of humanity that needs to support the Palestinians with food and water. America and Israel will not change on this issue and that is clear.

@SMArikat @MaxBlumenthal @samhusseini The sheer brazenness to say this without saying “we are the superpower and we can do whatever we want in the name of democracy, even if it involves siding with the morally corrupt apartheid regime like Israel” This is USA for you in nutshell.

@SMArikat @MaxBlumenthal @samhusseini I commend these men. Men with backbone and courage.

Honest journalists confronted the US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller, demanding answers to questions that cut to the core of humanity and natural justice. The spokesman, however, remained evasive, refusing to directly acknowledge the war crimes being played out against the Palestinian mostly children trapped in a ghastly inhumane open air prison. Israel, for these reasons, chose not to sign the Rome Statute, granting itself a shield of immunity from war crime investigations. It thrives beneath the protective mantle of explicit and worrying US support, assured that any attempts to hold them accountable at the Security Council would be met with an American veto. What happened to the pure American spirit? In the turbulent 21st century, a disturbing act of genocide and war crimes against children played out, a stark hypocrisy exposed for all to witness. Israel’s standing in the world extinguished as they repeatedly play the victim, akin to the fabled boy who cried wolf. Zionism, some say, is a terrorist, xenophobic ideology, rejected by many mainstream Jews. Prominent scholars, some descendants of Holocaust survivors, vehemently criticize the Zionist movement Dirty Bombs are falling indiscriminately, shattering the open air, reducing entire buildings to rubble, with innocent lives trapped inside without escape or food or water or electricity. If such acts are not crimes, what then can be deemed criminal? As for Matt Miller, when he returns to his family, his children, and the warmth of his wife’s kiss, the weight of his conscience must surely weigh heavy. The bottle of whiskey by his bedside becomes both solace and a torment, a nightcap for a sleepless soul in troubled times

@SMArikat @MaxBlumenthal @samhusseini Reasons why the US intervened in Lybia. Anything on the list sound familiar?

@SMArikat @MaxBlumenthal @samhusseini So, by that logic, Mr Matt, the Palestinians have every right to "defend themselves against" the atrocities of Israel that it has been carrying out for the last 70 or so years against the Palestinians! Why have double standards?

@SMArikat @MaxBlumenthal @samhusseini This is ridiculous
