she is telling exactly right, a founder has no limit to do work, because his financial growth can recover his illness, but if a poor guy I mean an employee may not having sufficient resources, also his income is not so much that he can put all the worries aside. According to the psychology sufficient sleep sufficient exercise and sufficient entertainment is the basic need of any person so theoretically, he need rest more working hours are impractical.

Pretty valid points… Narayan Murthy should cut the crap.

Ask him to pay by hour and then ask for long working hours

I agree 100%. Yesterday I met a 27 yr old son of a 70+ old founder who toiled for 20+ yrs to build a 100 cr. company. His arrogant son spends 18 hrs of work and demands the same from his employees......WHY should employees work 18 yrs for the peanuts he is paying ?

I agree with her statement when you own business it's grows with your interest and dedication and commitment for employee it's regular job their mindset is 8 to 5 pm and bonus and hike of pay scale.
