Grooming gang crisis continues in the U.K. 🇬🇧 Ezra Levant 🍁🚛 looks at recent protests against mass immigration in the United Kingdom and how horrific crimes are being carried out by those coming from places like Pakistan. The small town of Epping in the United Kingdom has been at the heart of protests against mass immigration recently. Just weeks removed from those demonstrations, another migrant, a 32-year-old Syrian national, was arrested and charged with sexual assault. Another incident, this time in London's affluent Canary Wharf area, independent journalist Jack Hadfield (Jack Hadfield 🇬🇧) caught up with two men who say a migrant tried to enter a blind woman's home — helping the police stop the man, only for him to be given a trespass notice and taken back to his hotel. On Thursday's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, Ezra said he “was sorry to have to talk about” such a difficult subject — rape gangs in the U.K. The problem is “something unusual in the West,” he said. Rape is something that does exist in North America, but a shout of “help, rape!” is regularly greeted with men responding to help. “In the United Kingdom they have a different phenomenon that I hope we are unfamiliar with in Canada, and I hope it never comes here,” Ezra continued. “It is the rape gang; 10s, 20, 30 men raping together or consecutively, the same girls night after night.” The innocent girls are “tricked, groomed and extorted and then they're forced to have sex with a gang of men every night. Sometimes for years.” Rotherham, a small city in the U.K., is the most prominent example: there, 1,400 girls were abused by Pakistani men. “How does it happen that men would rape together as a dark team,” asked Ezra. “Well, part of it comes from the rape culture in Pakistan. The fact that there's a high level of trust and secrecy amongst the men because of clan ties; cousin marriage, believe it or not.” Ezra then suggested viewers do a thought experiment: if you were to commit such a horrid crime, could you name another person or five or 10 or 20 who would commit this diabolical crime with you? “It's unthinkable in Western society,” Ezra said. “It's something specific to Pakistani Muslim culture. And I know that sounds very racist, I don't think it's racist; it's not the race that's the issue, it's the cultural practices.” These gangs exist “en masse in the U.K. and that is why the U.K. has amongst the highest rape rate in the world,” he said. “It's not Welshman or Englishman or Scots. It's the mass migration from rape culture countries.”

🇨🇦 Poilievre should push immigration issue 'with a vengeance': Ezra Levant 🍁🚛 With a new poll showing the Liberals and Conservatives in a near tie among voter support, Ezra Levant says Pierre Poilievre needs to make fixing Canada's broken immigration system his party's top priority. A new poll from Abacus Data has found voters are split almost evenly among their support for the Liberals (41%) and Conservatives (40%). While Prime Minister Mark Carney has a slight edge on Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre in favourability ratings, the largest gap between respondents was on the issue of immigration and refugees. For the 24% of respondents who placed immigration among their top three current issues, 59% felt the Poilievre Conservatives were the party best equipped to address the problem. On Tuesday's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, Ezra said the Conservatives need to target immigration as an issue, giving them an avenue to tap into a topic that is top of mind for many Canadians. “Carney's position is a fringe position, is an extreme position,” Ezra explained, referring to the 18% of respondents who said they trusted the Liberal leader most to deal with immigration. Viva Frei raised the question after Ezra was shockingly arrested in Toronto while attempting to document a gruesome pro-Hamas display near a solidarity rally for Israel at Bathurst Street and Sheppard Avenue. Ezra explained that he had absolutely no intention of getting arrested and was simply standing on the sidewalk trying to film pro-Hamas protesters when he was confronted, pushed back, and ultimately arrested by police. Did you hear Danielle Smith wants to privatize your local hospital? She wants to take hospitals away from AHS and hand them over to other people to run. Maybe Covenant Health, maybe someone else. Nobody knows. Remember, the UCP privatized lab services in 2020 and it was a disaster. Endless waits to get an appointment, even longer waits to get results, and doctors sounding the alarm about mistakes in tests. Eventually the UCP had to reverse the whole thing at a massive cost. It was a dangerous and expensive failure, and that’s what Smith wants to try with hospitals. Let me tell you why I'm concerned. The Premier doesn’t understand healthcare, hospitals, or how competition works. She’s barely said a word about her plans for AHS since announcing that she's going to break it up. Instead, we hear these drips and drabs at members-only meetings in the lead-up to Smith’s UCP leadership review. Second, she said she wants a health care system that is ruled by “competition and fear.” This is bizarre, and it’s not going to work. Systems that are based on fear will inevitably collapse and those incentives don’t work in public service delivery. The folks at Covenant Health do amazing work right across the province every day, but we must recognize that Covenant facilities do not offer the full range of healthcare that Albertans expect, particularly in reproductive health and end of life issues. And despite what the Premier said, Covenant has been forced to shutter some of their emergency rooms, just as AHS has, because they have the same problem – a UCP government that is hostile to healthcare professionals. Changing the sign outside doesn’t create new doctors. Even if Tyler Shandro is on the board. Maybe Smith is just musing and saying the first thing that she thinks will please the person she’s talking to. Again. The problem is when you’re Premier, people work to turn your musings into reality. I’m concerned Smith is taking us down a path she hasn’t thought through at all. We need a government that is competent. That is not ideological, that does not make up its plans on the fly to save itself. We need better, and that’s what Alberta’s New Democrats promise.

That EU banner represents a deeper problem. Ireland’s government hides behind EU treaties to justify mass immigration, claiming Brussels obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights. Yet, this suspect’s asylum application was rejected years ago. He was ordered deported ... but never left. Why not? The state claims deportations are too costly. Wilson raised concerns about the fairness of Elections Alberta's enforcement, noting that Unifor and Thomas Lukaszuk's Forever Canada campaign have not registered as third-party advertisers despite visible campaign infrastructure.
