A police officer in Savojbolagh, Alborz province, held a one-month temporary marriage with a woman on the night of the ceasefire announcement on Tuesday, freshly surfaced video showed. Temporary marriage, known in Islam as mut'ah and in Iran as sigheh, is a practice permitted under Shia jurisprudence in which a couple contract a union for a fixed period — ranging from hours to years — with terms agreed in advance.

A true Biblical marriage protects women. It does not oppress them like feminism or other “leaders” want you to believe. Disdain for marriage is part of a war and rebellion against the Biblical model of marriage and family. #marriage #Christian #Bible #truth #pastor #wisdom

In as much as i don’t have a stake on what Adam A Zango chooses to do with his life, but this is one misadventure from him too many. He divorced the latest wife he married, and this was speculated to be his 8th marriage in his life. I have come to conclude that this man cannot hold the rope of marriage tightly. His difference with G-fresh is that one seems to approach marriage as a revolving pastime, and the other is genetically predisposed from sustaining marriage.

Another topic discussed in the show is that lesbian couples are often subjected to questions rooted in heteronormativity. They also mentioned the lack of legal recognition for same-sex marriage and the gap between the marriage system and local partnership systems.
