Dear @NkunyingiMuwad1 you forgot to tell them that an opposition party isn’t a rebel or terrorist group, it’s simply an alternative govt or govt in waiting. They’re part of govt and meeting them can’t be an offense

He @AndrewMwenda is a "concerned" citizen. His freedom of expression shouldn't be limited to newspaper articles and talk shows. However, he has no authority to speak on behalf of Uganda. He isn't "in government."
