He’s not wrong about the effects sexual abuse has on people, and children specifically, which is why I advocate for harsher punishment for abusers, than even for murderers. I certainly wouldn’t go along with a policy that kills the victims, but I think it’s just wise practice to closely monitor those that have been sexually abused, especially males. I’m just grateful that God, not me, will be handling the final judgment, to assess everyone’s individual culpability, knowing all of the relevant factors.
