I hate that weight loss isn’t permanent. 😭 You have to keep maintaining it. I’ve gained a little weight because my eating habits changed. 🫩 But here’s what gives me peace: I’ve done it before, so I know I can do it again. Progress isn’t erased by a setback. It just means it’s time to get back to the habits that got me there in the first place. 💛
