Spot on, but if I may add some nuance. Toxicity is unfortunately apart of a lot of online communities, and while it should be called out, I’m afraid that toxic nature is not going away any time soon. So I do think there is responsibility on any one that posts on here to create an environment for them that isn’t detrimental to their own mental health. If you have to block or mute or take breaks, then you should.
