This is just an opportunity for the politicians and the high ranked people in the society to threaten and oppress the citizens more. If you can protect yourself, why can’t others do? It’s a no benefit for the common man. I think the laws you all are making is for you people alone

Dear Senator. Thank you for spearheading this bill and I hope it is passed but the requirements are onerous and seem designed only for the affluent. One doctor should be enough. NIN is more than adequate for identification. Going around to all these people amount to a rigmarole.

Having more guns can never be a solution. Potential draw backs with this, bribe your way to get endorsement from traditional and local govt chairmen, bribe shooting schools to get approval, retired army will use it as a cash cow, genuine people won’t get approval without bribes

The procedures are so complex, the law is dead on arrival. Any of the approving authorities could stall it for selfish, malicious or corrupt reasons. Unless it is mandatory at the risk of punishment to approve once a person shows evidence of qualification, it's a waste of time.

NEW: Hawaii Bill HB2079 Legalizes Kidnapping Children Across State Lines Directly From Hawaii Free Press “HB2079 Would Legalize Child Kidnapping for Sex Change” The Bill “Also forbids the entire state of Hawaii, including the governor, from disclosing records or extraditing any kidnapper charged in another state so long as the kidnapper alleges that the purpose of taking the child was to provide access to gender affirming care” Bill HB2079 “Forbids the courts from returning any child kidnapped from their home state. What in It gives them legal jurisdiction over your child.” “It also makes it a crime to interfere with the kidnappers or to disclose any data about the gender affirming care with anyone other than the kidnap kidnap kidnapper petitioner even if it's ordered by another court. And it would also become a crime under state law to comply with any oversight or investigation into the kidnappings from” More details on the Bill from Hawaii Free Press: “The Hawaii Kidnapping Bill's unique and unmistakable true intent is to allow legal protections for any non-parent with sufficient access and means to remove a child of any age from their home state, and to bring them to Hawaii in the name of receiving “Gender Affirming Care” – so long as they could not receive said ‘care’ in their home state. The many sections of Hawaii Revised Statutes affected by the Hawaii Kidnapping Bill are designed to trigger a series of child-custody 'loopholes' that cause inter-state barriers to be systematically removed, so long as the instigator says the magic words: “Gender Affirming Care.” “The bill's proposed amendments to the UCCJEA redefine a family-court emergency, to allow any person “acting as a parent” to obtain emergency temporary custody against natural parents who decline to provide their children so-called “Gender Affirming Care.” Natural parents’ refusal to provide sex-change procedures would be treated as being of the same legal weight and severity as actual physical abuse or child abandonment. The bill reads: §583A-204, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended by amending subsection (a) to read as follows: (a) A court of this State [has] shall have temporary emergency jurisdiction if the child is present in this State and the child has been abandoned or it is necessary in an emergency to protect the child because [the]: (1) The child, or a sibling or parent of the child, is subjected to or threatened with mistreatment or abuse[.]; or (2) The child has been unable to obtain gender‑affirming health care services. This language plainly redefines a custody “emergency” to mean “unable to obtain gender‑affirming health care services.”

My Statement on Conditions for the Use of Firearms by Police Officers I have seen debates, reactions, and expressions regarding my recent statement on the use of firearms by police officers. My statement was made contextually and consciously with clarity of mind based on the express provisions of the law. No leader, scholar, jurist, journalist, blogger, or opinion shaper has challenged me on the law. At my age, position, and experience, I cannot utter statements that are not supported by the Constitution and the law. Throughout my career, I have never, in my conduct or utterances, found myself on the wrong side of the law. Indeed the Sixth Schedule of the National Police Service Act, in Paragraph B(1), provides the conditions for use of firearms by the Police as follows: 1.Protecting the lives of officers or civilians 2.Self-defense against imminent threats of death or serious injury protection through justified force 4.Preventing the escape of felony suspects from lawful custody I ask all those who are spreading misinformation, disinformation, and fake news to challenge me on the law. Those who are saying I issued an order to the police should show where the order is. A mere restatement of the law as it exists cannot amount to giving an order to the police. The Police are mandated by law to operate within the constitutional framework, the statutes, and the departmental standing orders. In any case, I have no constitutional powers to give such orders; instead, I have a duty to support the police and to formulate policy recommendations to aid the application of law in the enforcement of law and order. Our police officers who are attacked by robbers, rioters, and arsonists—who have torched police stations, stolen rifles, burnt suspects alive, and burnt property worth millions of shillings, including courts —cannot be left helpless when they have been given the authority by the Constitution and the law to defend themselves, the citizens, and their property. The law is in black and white.

The Singaporean has been arrested after he being defrauded? Why is the NDC Regional Chairman Ashie Moore still free? I know this turn of event follows For The Records exposé on this issue Let’s revisit what the law says from the Political Party Act 2000 (Act 574) PART III-FUNDING OF POLITICAL PARTIES Section 23: Contribution by Citizens. Only a citizen may contribute in cash or in kind to the funds of a political party. A firm, partnership, or enterprise owned by a citizen or a company registered under the laws of the Republic at least seventy-five percent of whose capital is owned by a citizen is for the purposes of this Act a citizen. Section 24: No Contribution by Non-Citizens. A non-citizen shall not directly or indirectly make a contribution or donation or loan whether in cash or in kind to the funds held by or for the benefit of a political party and no political party or person acting for or on behalf of a political party shall demand or accept a contribution donation or loan from a non-citizen. Section 25: Contraventions of this Part. Where any person contravenes section 23 or 24, in addition to any penalty that may be imposed under this Act, any amount whether in cash or in kind paid in contravention of the section shall be forfeited to the State and the amount shall be recovered from the political party as debt owed to the State. The political party or person in whose custody the amount is for the time being held shall pay it to the State. A non-citizen found guilty of contravention of section 24 shall be deemed to be a prohibited immigrant and liable to deportation under the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160). The provisions of sections 23 and 24 do not preclude a goverment of any country or a nongovernmental organization from providing assistance in cash or in kind to the Commission for use by the Commission for the collective benefit of registered political parties. The law is clear on this and we expect the NDC Chairman to refund the money sponsored by Toh You Kang into their campaign to the state. Total Abuse of Power! Scam Aban!

Look at this asshole Greg Abbott Governor Abbott Press Office trying to delay justice to a criminal U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent. Let me help you out with your so called "investigation" into determining whether GestapICE agent Christian Castro meets the legal definition of "fugitive," and meets the LEGAL requirements for extradition to Minnesota. In the U.S. Supreme Court case Biddinger v. Commissioner of Police of City of New York it states: "A person charged by indictment or by affidavit before a magistrate with the commission within a state of a crime covered by its laws, and who, after the date of the commission of such crime leaves the state—no matter for what purpose or with what motive, nor under what belief—becomes, from the time of such leaving, and within the meaning of the Constitution and the laws of the United States, a fugitive from justice, and if found in another state must be delivered up by the Governor of such state to the state whose laws are alleged to have been violated, on the production of such indictment or affidavit, certified as authentic by the Governor of the state from which the accused departed." This is pretty much cut and dry Greg Abbott — Christian Castro is indeed a fugitive. And it is YOUR legal obligation under the U.S. Constitution, under federal law, and by Supreme Court precedent to extradite Castro to Minnesota. Puerto Rico v. Branstad (1987) states: "We reaffirm the conclusion that the commands of the Extradition Clause are mandatory, and afford no discretion to the executive officers or courts of the asylum State." IT IS *MANDATORY* Governor Abbott Press Office 👇👇👇👇

To the Inspector General of Police TUNJI DISU and the entire leadership of the Nigerian Police Force Nigeria Police Force, This is a formal call for the immediate arrest and prosecution of the individual known as VeryDarkMan for his blatant assault on the integrity of the Force and the office of the newly appointed Deputy Inspector General of Police, Margaret Ochalla. In a widely circulated video, this individual has crossed every line of decency and legality by attempting to intimidate a high ranking officer of the law through baseless allegations of blackmail and corruption. It is an affront to the Nigerian state that a private citizen would feel empowered to address a DIG with such condescension, calling her “Mama” while simultaneously issuing veiled threats that she will “learn the hard way” if she does not abandon her constitutional duties. This behaviour constitutes a direct attempt to obstruct the course of justice and undermine the authority of the Force Criminal Investigation Department. VeryDarkMan claims his social media platform is superior to the law and uses it as a weapon to bully public officials who are tasked with maintaining order and investigating crimes. Allowing such public harassment to go unpunished sets a dangerous precedent where influencers believe they can dictate the direction of police investigations through digital mob action and character assassination. His statement that the path the DIG is taking is a burning one is a clear attempt to incite fear and prevent a public officer from carrying out her lawful mandate. The Nigerian Police Force must act decisively to protect its officers from this brand of cyber intimidation and verbal assault. We cannot have a society where the rule of law is replaced by the whims of a social media personality who believes he is above the statutes of the land. This individual should be taken into custody immediately to answer for these defamatory statements and his attempts to interfere with active legal proceedings. Justice must be served, and the dignity of the Nigerian Police Force must be upheld against those who seek to drag its leadership into disrepute for the sake of online engagement. Condemning these actions is not enough; there must be firm legal consequences to ensure that the office of the DIG and the entire police structure remain respected and free from intimidation. Arresting VeryDarkMan will serve as a deterrent to others who believe that a large following gives them the right to threaten the custodians of our national security.

The mode of existence of the world can be understood as the set of its fundamental characteristics that make both its existence and its transformations possible. In other words, what basic properties must a world possess for its evolutionary existence to be possible at all? Among the key aspects, several can be identified: (a) physical space must be either finite or infinite; (b) if infinite, this infinity must be either spherical or linear; (c) physical reality must possess the capacity to generate vast, stable structures and highly complex phenomena — which, according to our observations, it indeed does; (d) this capacity, as an active self-organizing property, must either have a beginning or be beginningless — that is, it either existed eternally, or the world was originally maximally simple and static before this property spontaneously emerged. : The author proposes that the mode of existence of the world is defined by a set of fundamental characteristics that make both its persistence and its transformations possible. In other words, for any reality capable of evolutionary development to arise, certain basic properties must be present. Physical space must be either finite or infinite. If infinite, its geometry must be either spherical or linear. Physical reality must possess the inherent capacity to generate vast, stable structures and highly complex phenomena, as we observe in our own universe. Finally, this self-organizing property must either have existed eternally or have emerged spontaneously at a certain moment from an originally simple and static state. This framework invites us to consider the minimal conditions required for a universe like ours to evolve intelligence and complexity. It frames the question of cosmic origins not as a mystery of creation from nothing, but as an inquiry into the necessary and sufficient properties of matter and space that allow reality to unfold as it has.
