My BMW tried to pull itself over at 70 mph on the freeway… because I glanced at the side mirror. The government mandated a kill switch in every new car starting 2026. Your dashboard is now judge, jury, and executioner. It watches your eyes, hands, and posture — then...

🚨 57 House Republicans just voted WITH Democrats to keep funding the federal “kill switch” in new cars. A “kill switch” mandate snuck into Biden’s 2021 Infrastructure Bill (Section 24220) requires new vehicles to be capable of remotely disabling themselves — or shutting down automatically if the car’s AI decides you’re driving poorly. .Thomas Massie Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) offered an amendment to defund implementation of this Orwellian tech in the 2026 appropriations bill. The result? Yea (to defund): 159 Republicans Nay (to keep funding): 57 Republicans + 211 Democrats The amendment failed. This isn’t just about drunk driving. It opens the door to government (or insurance companies) monitoring your every move, remote shutdowns, constant surveillance, and turning your dashboard into judge, jury, and executioner. As Massie and others warned: Your car could shut off in a snowstorm because you swerved to avoid a pothole or animal. Fourth Amendment concerns? Ignored. Government in your engine. Literally. This is the kind of thing people used to call dystopian fiction. What do you think — feature or freedom killer? 👇

The kill switch turns your car into judge, jury, and executioner. You’re fleeing an attacker—your pupils are dilated, your heart is racing, your breathing is heavy. The car flags you as impaired. A first-time father is rushing his wife to the hospital. The car thinks he’s drunk. These are REAL-WORLD scenarios where a government-mandated kill switch could cut power to your vehicle. KILL THE KILL SWITCH.

Buried inside the 2021 Infrastructure Bill was a federal “kill switch” mandate for future vehicles, technology that could effectively turn your car into judge, jury, and executioner. Imagine trying to escape an attacker. Your heart is pounding, your breathing is heavy, your pupils are dilated, and the system flags you as impaired. Suddenly, the car you own and pay insurance for may no longer let you drive. These are real-world situations where a government-mandated system could cut power to your vehicle based on automated monitoring. Ben Swann breaks down why this dystopian regulation, marketed as a safety measure, is another step toward deeper surveillance and control.

There is a real federal law in effect right now that mandates vehicle kill switches in new cars, but it’s actually worse than that (I’ll get into below) Rep Thomas Massie “There's a law that states that every vehicle manufactured is gonna have to have a kill switch in it. The car itself will monitor your driving, and if the car thinks that you're not doing a good job driving, it will disable itself. So the car dashboard becomes your judge, your jury, and your executioner” The federal law is Section 24220 of the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (The HALT Drunk Driving Act provision) It directs the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to create a federal motor vehicle safety standard for “advanced drunk and impaired driving prevention technology” in all new passenger vehicles If impairment is detected, the system must prevent or limit vehicle operation. Meaning refuse to start, reduce speed, or bring the car to a stop. This is the kill switch Possible triggers include: - Erratic steering or lane departures - Eyes closed or looking away too long - Detected alcohol via steering wheel sensors or cabin air You can already imagine how this will be abused by the government

THE “KILL SWITCH” IN NEW CARS COULD BE REAL! In 2021, Congress passed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Buried in it is Section 24220, which requires new vehicles to include technology that can detect driver impairment and disable the car. The stated goal is to prevent drunk driving, with systems that monitor blood alcohol levels and stop a vehicle from starting if you’re over the limit. It sounds reasonable at first. But it raises serious concerns about how both government and manufacturers could misuse this kind of control in a dystopian fashion. Rep. Thomas Massie and Rep. Anna Paulina Luna have pushed to defund enforcement of this mandate, but have faced bipartisan resistance. This is how your civil liberties are chipped away. In the name of safety, the government gains the ability to control how you use a car you paid for and already pay taxes on.

AMERICANS, THIS IS A NATIONAL EMERGENCY🚨KILL THE KILL SWITCH BEFORE IT KILLS US. Imagine a mother racing her sick child to the hospital—her car shuts down because the government-mandated “kill switch” thinks she’s swerving from exhaustion. Imagine a Texas rancher fleeing a flash flood—his truck won’t start because the AI “detects impairment” from the chaos. Imagine a woman escaping domestic violence—the vehicle locks her in place while her attacker closes in. These are NOT “unintended consequences.” This is the Biden-Harris kill switch mandate turning every American car into a rolling government surveillance device that can disable YOUR vehicle at any moment—based on faulty sensors, AI errors, or future “climate compliance” rules. Your freedom. Your safety. Your property. All now controlled by Washington bureaucrats and Big Tech algorithms. Congress must repeal this unconstitutional nightmare NOW.

🚨ELON MUSK: "When you bring down Government spending you get a double benefit: you stop inflation *and* interest payments go down because the Government is no longer borrowing money. If the Government is borrowing money its actually competing with everyone else for borrowing money, and that drives up the interest rates. So if we solve government spending, your grocery bill stays the same, your mortgage payment goes down, your car payment goes down, and your credit card bill goes down. This is what the people of America want. This is a good goal."

Is this what we have to look forward to if we buy a new car? This woman rented a brand new 2026 car in Europe, and while driving on the highway, the car suddenly stopped accelerating. A message popped up on the dashboard saying, “Sit up straight, we can’t find your eyes.” The car wouldn’t let her speed back up until it could see her face. It even asked if it could send the results to a third party. She said no — but the bigger question is, who’s watching, and why does a car need to see your eyes just to let you drive? This kind of driver surveillance technology is already showing up in newer vehicles, and many people are concerned about where this is headed — especially with future mandates on the way. Would you be okay with your car monitoring you like this?

In 2027, your car will be watching you. It will monitor your behavior, assess your condition, and determine whether you’re “fit” to drive. And if the system decides you’re supposedly unfit? Your vehicle could be disabled. This is not Orwellian fiction, this is how Congress decided to legislate. KILL THE KILL SWITCH.

Mandatory CAR KILL SWITCH Incoming: Big Brother JUST GOT IN YOUR CAR!!! Starting with 2027 models, every new vehicle will soon have to include sinister in-car spy tech: infrared cameras, biometric sensors, AI monitoring, and a government mandated kill switch that can shut off your engine if the algorithm decides you’re “unfit” to drive. In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth explains why this isn’t for safety but rather it’s for total control. Your eyes, face, heart rate and even your walk are now under surveillance while the data goes to the cloud, to insurance companies, and to the people who want to track, trace and database your every move!

🚨 NANNY STATE ALERT: Democrats + 57 Republicans just voted to KEEP surveillance INSIDE your car — driver-monitoring cameras + alcohol detection tech mandated by Biden’s 2021 law. Look away too long? Flagged. One software update away from your car deciding you’re not fit to drive. Speculation: Tie it to ‘risk scores’ someday… what if you donated to the ‘wrong’ cause or posted the ‘wrong’ opinion? Rep. Thomas Massie tried to defund this Orwellian overreach. They blocked him. Did you vote for this? If not, tag your rep NOW & demand: REPEAL IT! #NannyState #KillSwitchMandate”

The “kill switch” bill effectively turns your car into judge, jury, and executioner. Imagine fleeing from an attacker. Your heart is pounding, your breathing is heavy, your adrenaline is surging, and your pupils are dilated. A government-mandated system could interpret that as impairment and disable your vehicle in real time. These are real-world situations where automated monitoring systems could make life-changing decisions for you. This legislation opens the door to further surveillance and monitoring of citizens, shifting driving from a basic freedom into something controlled and conditional. It's the framework of a real-time social credit system being introduced into everyday American life. I break this down with Clayton and Natali Morris on Redacted

Big Brother is coming for your vehicle. Congress put it in the 2021 Infrastructure Bill: By 2027 every new vehicle must have AI cameras constantly watching the driver’s face and eyes. If the system decides you’re “impaired,” it can shut your engine off. No override. No appeal. Imagine being stranded with your family on the side of the road because the government’s AI said so. This isn’t safety — it’s surveillance and control. What do you think? Made with Grok Imagine.

American was driving a brand new 2026 car The car gave her an alert that said it couldn’t see her eyes. The car then automatically disabled the gas and slowed down enough that it could have caused an accident She had to lean toward so the car’s facial recognition could register her eyes and stop the “kill switch” because the car thought she might be asleep “It was a 6 lane highway and all of a sudden the gas stopped working and I'm pressing on the gas. I can't get the car to go. So the car is dinging, it's making all this noise and I can't figure out what's going on. And I look at the dashboard and in English it says, sit up straight. We can't find your eyes. Why? Why do you need to see my eyes? — when I sat upright, the gas would work once again. And so I pressed the gas, but I was slowing down enough that it was gonna cause a traffic hazard. And the thing is, it knew I wasn't asleep because I was pressing on the gas. So it knew I was awake. It just wanted to see my eyes. So once I set upright and leaned forward, I guess it did facial recognition. And then it says, may I send you these results to a third party” This is horrifying considering the new mandate to have kill switches in every new vehicle by 2027. It looks like it’s already happening but overseas, we’re just next This technology can and will be abused by the government

#Hailstorm tips for your safety and the safety of your car 🔸if you're on the road try to find a secured shelter such as under the bridge or the closest petrol station. But drive slowly when going there 🔸if it is safe to do so, pull off the road because it is safer when the car is not moving 🔸if you cannot park in your garage, cover your car with a thick blanket to minimise damage to your car But I doubt any of these could apply to this particular case that happened in Johannesburg, Braamfontein

Germany just flipped the kill switch on Lexus cars—disabling remote start in the dead of winter. Because warming up your own vehicle before work? That’s now “unnecessary pollution.” Without warning, Germany ordered Lexus to remotely shut down the remote-start function on combustion vehicles—leaving over 100,000 drivers stranded in freezing temperatures. A Toyota rep confirmed the move, calling it “compliance.” But compliance with what? This is the new climate authoritarianism—where your ability to heat your own car is revoked overnight with an app update The World Economic Forum said it plainly: “You will own nothing.” And now it’s happening—renting features, renting heat, renting freedom. The pretext is the climate. The real goal is control. And electric vehicles? They’re even easier to shut down. Today it’s your car. Tomorrow it’s your fridge, your heat, your bank account. One “wrong” post and Palantir’s AI could decide you no longer deserve access. The solution? Unplug now. Say no to smart cars. Say no to smart anything. Because if you don’t control the ON switch, someone else does.

You’re parked in your car in front of your house on a rainy night. Karen approaches your car, phone out, recording you. She slips and falls down, then pounds on the window asking what you’re doing there while taking pics of you and then your license plate. She might be the new neighbor who just moved in, but she might not. Should you roll down the window and engage her at 11pm??
