Clips from my latest YouTube video “4 infield drills you can do alone with a glove, a bucket + balls.” When I was younger, I was always throwing a ball off a wall or hitting rocks with sticks. Now that I’m older, I still find ways to get in some reps with minimal equipment/help. No, it’s not perfect but it gets the job done and allows me to work on transfers and arm slots. To be honest, I love the random unpredictable bounces from this because that happens in games and can help work hand eye coordination. I am using my Valle Sporting Goods K47 7in trainer.
