I did — I didn’t have my wind protector and there’s was quite some wind noise (not to mention me after a half hour up hill from the city centre on a DublinBike).

If you wrote about who is truly responsible for this, I suspect you'd get legal letters. Ultimately, it's the CEO and Deputy CEO of the NTA who have overseen the mismanagement of the cycle design standards and need to be held accountable.

My head hurts watching this. Has no one in the place heard of google or youtube? Lots of helpful guidelines and examples of how to do things out there. Inexcusable waste of money and poor design.

How did they make the cycle lane feel claustrophobic with so much open space available?
