"What we’ve done is solve hallucinations in general AI by anchoring the model to truth—your company’s real data, goals, people, and structure. With our context engine, the AI understands who you are, why you exist, and what you’re trying to do. So every answer is grounded in your company’s DNA. That’s how we built FOSTR." Today’s episode is with Co-Founder, Jason Baxter, to introduce our latest venture, FOSTR AI—a company built to solve one of the most pressing challenges facing businesses today: how to implement AI in your business in a meaningful, aligned, and scalable way. We unpack the fragmented state of AI adoption across small to mid-sized businesses and explain why most organizations, despite interest, are either stuck in experimentation or using disconnected tools that don’t move the business forward. FOSTR AI is the answer to that problem—an execution intelligence layer that creates a company's “digital twin,” aligning AI usage with team structure, goals, and strategy from day one. We discuss how FOSTR helps companies: - Onboard and operationalize AI in a matter of minutes - Centralize AI usage across teams while maintaining control, security, and context - Reduce risk from siloed tools and misaligned AI use Whether you're running a 50-person business or leading an enterprise team, this episode explores how to unlock the full potential of AI, without losing visibility or control. If you’re an owner, operator, investor, or builder curious about the future of AI in business, this episode offers a first look at what that future will look like. 0:52 - Introducing FOSTR 2:40 - The challenges businesses face with AI today 5:14 - How companies and employees are misusing AI. 10:29 - Additional Challenges 12:33 - How FOSTR is creating alignment between companies and AI Solutions. 25:57 - Where FOSTR is in its life cycle 30:39 - How to get in touch with, work at, or invest in FOSTR

Nicholas Thorne (Nicholas Thorne) is building Squarespace for the AI age. It’s called Audos, and it’s an AI chatbot to help any entrepreneur go from idea to: - Pitch deck - Working website - Custom GPT - User interviews with real customers All in just a few minutes. And he did it using @ChatGPTapp. It’s AI all the way down—and it’s one of the most impressive early AI businesses I’ve ever seen. Nicholas is a good friend of mine and a general partner at Prehype, an incubator that launched BarkBox and Ro. It’s also where I started Every 🧱, so it was great to come full circle. Nicholas’s job at Prehype is to launch new companies. He’s taken everything he’s learned running an incubator and is using it to help entrepreneurs start businesses at scale—with AI. Nicholas tells me that he used @ChatGPTapp to prototype most of Audos’s features—despite being non-technical himself. He shares exactly how he did this by showing me how he’s using AI to create a new feature for the product. We get into: - Ways AI can make you a more effective founder - How to use ChatGPT to build your prototype - Strategies to refine problem statements with AI - Using GPTs to gather and synthesize customer feedback This episode is a must-watch for anyone who has ever toyed with the idea of starting a business—and wants to do it with AI. Watch! ___ Timestamps: Introduction: 00:48 How AI can make you a more effective founder: 12:10 Live demo of Audos! 17:03 Why Nicholas built an AI tool to enable entrepreneurs: 24:07 How Audos puts you in “edit mode” instead of “create mode”: 25:35 Tools to gather customer feedback, generated by Audos: 28:12 How Audos actually works: 32:58 Nicholas uses ChatGPT to prototype a new feature: 35:07 How to establish checks and balances while using ChatGPT: 42:37 AI as a force for pushing entrepreneurship to new heights: 57:20

What if the biggest opportunity in AI isn’t starting an AI company, but quietly rebuilding the business you already have around it? That was one of the first ideas Alex Hormozi challenged me with when we sat down. I’ve spent roughly 10 hours speaking with Alex over the last few years and there is one reason I keep asking him back. He makes complicated business problems feel solvable. Alex has this rare ability to take something that feels completely overwhelming, strip away the noise and show you the decision that actually matters. This is particularly valuable right now, when AI is changing how companies are built and more people are outsourcing their judgment to machines. One of the things I said to him during this conversation was that clear thinking and good decision making could become one of the rarest advantages in business. If you don't know Alex, he’s the co-founder of The portfolio he runs with his wife, Leila, generates hundreds of millions in annual revenue and his books have sold over five million copies. In our latest conversation, we broke down: - Why most entrepreneurs are using AI in the wrong parts of their businesses. - Knowing when an idea should die without giving up on entrepreneurship. - Why the company that gets you to £1 million might be badly designed to reach £100 million. - How hiring the right person can create more leverage than learning every new tool yourself. - What becoming a father is forcing him to question about control, happiness and success. This conversation offers the same thing: a clearer way to think about building, scaling and using AI without getting distracted by the noise. If you’re trying to start a company, scale one or make sense of how AI is changing the game, I strongly recommend watching this.
