my dearest darling

For the very talented animators working on this scene, it was hell for them. They had to shade every cel, every color, everything to meet the way the lamp swayed in the room.

they did such an incredible job though hes so mesmerising to watch

The whole movie is! As I kid, given a healthy dose of every cartoon imaginable from Bugs Bunny to Felix the Cat, this was my crossover event and everything after is just a poor imitation

id give anything to experience the release of this movie back in ‘88. ALSO FELIX THE CAT MENTIONED i never hear ppl talk abt him ☹️🩷

@vverabat He's my Boi

ough the cutest kitty ever

Bro the ears are moving so much and so softly the artists were on something special those days 😭😭😭

During the production of this movie Richard Williams was acting like Vegeta in the artificial gravity room telling Robert Zemeckis to turn that shit up higher and higher.

Richard Williams put those animators through the wringer, and the results are definitely worth it 😭😭

Eddie : Tu es en train de me dire que tu pouvais enlever ta main de cette menotte à n'importe quel moment ?! Roger : Pas à n'importe quel moment ! Juste quand ça pouvait être drôle !

I enjoyed Coyote vs acme but ten seconds of this file makes CvA look like a board test in comparison.

Roger Rabbit needs to make a comeback. He's too good a character to just fade away. Hey, Disney! Wanna make a sure hit film? Bring back Roger Rabbit!

unfortunately we probably wont get any roger rabbit content from disney anymore since they no longer own the rights and bc of the mature themes of roger rabbit 😞💔 i have heard that wolf is open to bringing him back so maybe there’s still some hope

Essa luz deve ter sido amaldiçoada na epoca a os cara tavam pintando esse filme

I like the detail that he wises up almost immediately to what just happened.

@vverabat A fantastic movie.

@vverabat This movie holds up insanely well. A timeless classic.

The best movie to ever exist (and incredibly formative)
