Watcher is very articulate and unemotional, while Blue is mumbly yet more human(?) so I think it matches perfectly between the player who is emotionally/physically distant vs Kris who is awkward, but more tangibly *there* if that makes sense

It’s an ojou-sama laugh, popularized by female anime antagonists like Green Esmeraude from Sailor Moon and Nanami Kiryuu from Utena. Very fitting since her name is literally Queen lol
