Nope! Horrible toothpaste and bad for you! Mouthwash kills the bacteria you are supposed to keep in your mouth and then your dipping your toothbrush in communal mouthwash bottle. The only thing good about this video is the baking soda. Hard pass.

Dentists tell you not to do this as mixing these together like this is not good for your teeth, they need to be used separately to work properly

This is great if you still believe fluoride is good for your teeth. Fluoride makes teeth fall apart. And it blocks your third eye. I highly recommended you DONT use these products. Except the Baking Soda. The baking soda is a great detoxifier.
