Baking Soda is brutally abrasive. Warned by a dental assistant never to use it on teeth! You can actually still but toothpaste with it - don't!

A dentist told me this years ago. Making mouthwash a regular routine overusing it disrupts the balance of healthy bacteria in your mouth and can lead to negative health effects.
