Sharing a quick detail behind this video.🎸 One problem I kept running into was that sometimes fingers weren't clipping, they were slightly floating above the fretboard. So I built ‘Finger Contact’, a tool that reads Guitar Pro tabs to pull active fretting fingers precisely onto the strings, without breaking the original mocap. Since Leap Motion can't track finger hyperextension well while playing, I also added a feature to automatically flatten the index finger joint for real barre chords (check the OFF/ON test!) #GuitarMocap #ギタリストVTuber

Experimenting with using gaussian splats to create VR worlds where people can watch my video in full 3D It's also for socializing and taking selfies in the locations that I record each video (or see the things that I show off) This is one part of my "XR Travel Vlogging" idea..

I really don't like secrets floating around in plain text on my PC, that's why im allergic to putting them into my terminal in a form that can end up in my bash history. For that reason I added an interactive method for setting env vars on Convex. Hopefully coming soon!
