I dislike the act of speaking silly English and packaging lies beneath it. Petrol in Nigeria averages roughly N1,250 to 1,350 per litre (about 1 dollar or less) whereas in the United States, it is approximately $1.18 per litre (equivalent to roughly\($4.46\) USD per gallon). So, what is he saying????
