With all due respect, 2005-2006 Kobe is the best player I have ever seen (Didn’t see Jordan’s young prime live). The Lakers wasted Kobe’s best years and he still got 2 more RINGS post-Shaq. 35PPG on mostly Jump Shots AND 1ST TEAM ALL DEFENSE. The biggest threat from all 3 levels of the floor of all time. Watch these highlights. All bottoms of the net this is crazy. Kobe was still in his young athletic prime and the game came easy to him. And his skill this year peaked at an all time high which the league has never seen in its history considering his threat from 3Pt range. Just insane offensive production. A machine. You have to be totally locked in to move like this. No one can “decide to do this”. This happens when athletic peak meets all time skill. 80 games -56 times scoring 30+ -27 times scoring 40+ -6 times scoring 50+ -2 times scoring 60+ -8 times with 4 consecutive 30pt games -5 times with 5 consecutive 30pt games -3 times with 8 consecutive 30pt games -7 times with back to back 40+ games *Long video but it should be an hour long this year was MADNESS 🤷🏾‍♂️ Point totals for each month (Thread)

Our kids deserve to grow up proud of Australia. Today in Senate Estimates, I asked the Department of Education about the mandatory singing of our national anthem in government schools across Australia, following the excellent announcement of the Finocchiaro Government to mandate the singing of Advance Australia Fair in Northern Territory government schools. I also asked about the imbalance in the history curriculum for primary school children, where content clearly favours our Indigenous and migrant history over our colonial history. For example, in the curriculum content for the Humanities and Social Sciences – from Foundation through to Year 6 – “First Nations” is mentioned 71 times and “Diverse” or “Diversity” is mentioned 26 times. Of course, children can’t appreciate Australian history without learning about our Indigenous heritage and migrant character. But “British” is only mentioned 12 times, “European” is only mentioned 6 times, and “colonial” is only mentioned 10 times. British settlement is not taught – or mentioned – throughout the Foundation, Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 of a child’s education. The First Fleet is not mentioned until Year 4, and yet, in Year 1, children examine “the traditional toys used by First Nations Australian children to play and learn.” It takes until Year 6 for children to be taught about “the impact of British law on the Australian system of law, as well as the origin of values such as freedom of speech, equality before the law and social justice.” How can a curriculum nurture national pride in our children when the content is clearly intended to diminish and demean British colonisation?

🚨HISTORY MADE! Rachel Entrekin just won the Cocodona 250 outright — first woman ever to take the OVERALL title! The 250-mile race from Phoenix to Flagstaff was an absolute beast, and she crushed it in 56:09:48, smashing the previous course record by over 2 hours. 13 minute mile pace for 56 hours! She only slept 3 times the entire race (one 5-min nap + two 7-min naps) and still dropped the entire elite men's field. Absolute legend!

'' Someone else on the truck yelled: ''How can you cover the whole world in one movie?'' ''You're right,'' I shouted. ''Maybe I'll call it 'History of the World - Part I.' '' Actually, if truth be told, I hadn't a clue as to what I was going to do next. That was two years ago, but now - this Friday - ''History of the World - Part I'' opens. (...)
